2. Contents of the business registration certificate form

The registration authority issues a business registration certificate to the company after completing the company establishment procedures. The content of the business registration certificate form includes the following information:

  • Business name and business registration number

3.1 Conditions for granting a business registration certificate in 2024

To obtain a business registration certificate for an individual or company, the following important conditions for company registration must be met:

3.2 Documents and procedures for issuing a business registration certificate in 2024

  • To obtain a business license, you must prepare some necessary documents. Below is a list of commonly required documents:

Personal profile of the company owner:

  • ID card or identity card: Notarized copy of the identity document to confirm the owner’s identity.

Procedures for granting business registration certificates in 2024

Open a bank account: If you want to conduct financial transactions for your business, you should open a separate business bank account. Contact your bank for information on the requirements and procedures for opening a business bank account.

Step 7: Once licensed and operating, the next steps are to maintain regulatory compliance and regular reporting.

Compliance: Ensure that your business complies with the rules and regulations that apply to your industry or sector. This may include tax compliance, worker rights, health and safety, environmental protection, and other regulations.
Tax reporting: Comply with tax reporting requirements, including filing tax returns and paying taxes on a regular basis as required by the tax authorities. File tax returns and pay on time to avoid being tracked

4.3 Authority to issue business registration certificates in 2024

For types of enterprises: Private enterprises, joint stock companies, companies, joint stock companies register business activities at the business registration book of the Department of Planning and Investment where the company is headquartered.

Enterprises register business at the Finance – Planning Department under the People’s Committee at the district level.

4.4 Time to issue business registration certificates

According to Article 26 of the Enterprise Law 2020, the company registration agency is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the company registration dossier and issuing the company registration certificate within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier. ; In case the dossier is invalid, the registration authority must notify the association founder in writing of the changed and completed contents. If the company refuses to register, it must notify the company founder in writing and state the clear reason.

To register a business, the district-level entrepreneur must submit a receipt to the enterprise within 3 working days and provide a Business Economic Certificate from the date of receipt of the dossier.
